Founded on an extensive career in the management of construction sites, Colm provides legal and strategic advice on Health and Safety. Representing clients in the UK and internationally he is instrumental in ensuring legal compliance and maintaining reputational protection.

His area of engagement ranges from Principal Designer/Site Residency positions in Food Manufacturing (FMCG) to Front End Engineering Design Reviews with overseas suppliers through to project closure, operational review and decommissioning.  Consultancy service provision throughout the UK, the EU, the Middle East, USA and Japan. 

Specialism in due diligence and regulatory arrangements to UK and overseas clients principally engaged in EPC and Turnkey projects. Experience in undertaking Regulatory Gap Analysis and Independent Peer Review. Appointed Competent Person (Construction) and Intelligent Customer (Design Review) on new build civil  nuclear. Skilled in Design Optioneering and Hazard Reduction. Stakeholder engagement and regulator interfacing (HSE and ONR). Retained Construction Safety Advisor and Principal Designer (CDM 2015). 29 years consultancy preceeded by 12 years in site management.
