SEL Group Ltd (Safe Environment) has been operating for more than 20 years and offer a range of health and safety, fire safety and environmental risk assessment and compliance support services.
Provision of an integrated risk managment approach with experience in chemical safety, occupational hygiene and the implementation of ISO 45001 and 14001 compliant managment systems. Additional services include evaluation of compliance with either health & safety or environmental requirements. Fire safety and event management specialisms are also available and our training services include IOSH Managing Safely and ISO 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 Training.

Health and Safety Auditing, Environmental Auditing, Fire Safety Risk Assessments, Occupational Hygiene services, Compliance audits, Event Safety Management - Fees will depend on the complexity of the organisation
Environmental Management
As certification auditors Safe Environment staff can assist with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and sustainability auditing activities.
A full clause based report including recommendations for improvement. In addition tehre are packages for internal auditor training and assistance in the development of a comprehensive compliance register.
Audits
Fire safety audits are conducted by staff with fire safety enforcement experience to ensure the assessments are suitable and sufficient.
A full report, detailing priority issues with assistance regarding basic DSEAR requirements if necessary.
Audits
Compliance audits are conducted by staff with formal legal qualifications LLM or equivalent to provide an accurate interpretation of current EHS requirements.
A detailed report stating compiance issues assessed and compliance status for each requirement. Recommendations are provided and prioritisation indicates the impliactions of any non confrmance issues.
Events and exhibitions
Event Safety Management including the provision of fire marshals is undertaken by staff with relevant experience in managing health and safety issues at many large events including the recent UK Olympic and Commonwealth.
On site management of events can include desktop evaluations, liasion with enforcement agencies, emergency preparedness arrangement and assessment on onsite traders to ensure conformity with the EHS requirements of the event managers.
Bespoke Training
Bespoke and accredited training can be provided by a team which has experience of NEBOSH and IEMA curriculum delivery.
Provision of training, preparation of training materials, end of training assessment and relevant certificates issued.
Fire
Fire risk assessments are conducted by staff with fire safety enforcement experience to ensure that the assessments are suitable and sufficient and practicable.
A full report, detailing priority issues with assistance regarding basic DSEAR requirements if necessary.
