Health, Safety and Risk Management specialist with 30 years experience guiding leadership teams to legal compliance and operational excellence.  Significant experience gained in the construction sector, client and principal contractor side in major projects.  Other sector experience - Global Logistics, Oil/Gas, Aviation, Rail, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Quarrying.

Started at grass roots, committed to professional development.  Eventually promoted to position of Global Health and Safety Director.  This opportunity albeit starting in construction, led to me taking responsibility for Operational H&S of the six strategically important Port Terminals.  Such was the trust gained, I was invited to complete special projects.  These special projects allowed me to hone my consultancy skills (discover, strategise & implement).
