I am a local, independent Chartered Safety & Health Professional with 20 years experience of offering a full range of practical, tailored, health, safety, environmental and quality management services, specialising within the construction industry, including tailored health and safety policies, production of Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans (CPP's), site specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), COSHH assessments, site inspections/audits and report writing. I am also able to assist your company with completion of pre qualification questionnaires (PPQ's) and tenders, CHAS and other Safety Schemes In Procurement (SSIP) accreditations.

My current client list includes a general construction company, groundworks contractor, window manufacturer/installer and a roofing contractor for which I have been providing a full range of Health & Safety Services for the last nine years. All of my private clients carry out projects for local authorities (new build and refurbishment) within live school environments where attention to safety is paramount. I am also enhanced DBS checked which is a pre requisite for working in environments where children and vulnerable persons may be present.

I also currently provide consultancy services to a local authority covering policy, arrangements, site audit, and inspections of live construction projects on behalf of the client. This rolling contract is now in its fourth year.

To my private clients, I also provide health and safety legislation and guidance updates and I represent my clients acting as their competent person and where necessary liaise with HSE Inspectors on my client's behalf.
