Mr Michael Emery
Overview
Hello, I’m Michael Emery CMIOSH, and I’m a career safety practitioner who has achieved success in some of the toughest industries. I’ve managed health and safety for some great companies, household names at home and abroad, and I’ve experienced first-hand the challenge of managing health and safety when you have no direct authority over those whose responsibility it is. That’s why I’ve come to value coaching skills.
As a qualified Executive Coach accredited by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), I’m able to support managers and other duty-holders and help them explore problems and find the best solutions for them, whilst still making sure they meet legal and other standards.
I also help other OSH professionals be the best they can be, whether it’s one-to-one coaching support they need or training in the use of coaching skills themselves through my unique IOSH Approved Coaching for safety programme.
