Fela is a  versatile communicator with good interpersonal skills and ability to work individually or as part of a team. With a healthy sense of humor, Fela has a proven ability to interact positively with all levels of the workforce.

Fela has extensive knowledge and experience of HSE Legislation; CDM Regulations 2015; Workplace Safety; Construction Design & Site Safety; Network Rail & LUL QUENSH; HSQE Management Systems Implementation & Auditing; HSQE Inspections / Audits; Site Waste Management and Occupational Health. Fela is an accredited NEBOSH, British Safety Council, OGSC, AOSH and IOSH Trainer.

Fela is a Chartered Fellow Member of 11 UK Professional bodies such as : IOSH, APS, CIOB, IIRSM, CMI, IAM, CABE, OTHM, IoD, IC and ITOL.

Fela has governance experience and is a School Governor and Trustees of three Charities. Fela is also a Director of Credit Union.

Fela is a mentor with IOSH, IIRSM, IC and CMI.

Fela is UK Occupational Safety and Heath and CDM Director of a major UK Design practice.
