To provide key Health, Safety, Environment and Fire advice and project management for clients and key stakeholders including all Project Managers and Consultants across multi UK sites.

Manage a portfolio of clients in the compliance sector, ranging from Property management, leisure, retail, housing and construction sectors.  From project creation to continuous business improvement.

Undertaking internal and External SHE Audits using Key performance indicators to a recognised OHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standard.

Influencing and challenging in all areas of Health, safety, Fire and Environmental management, including; creating policy and guidance.

Risk management, Loss prevention and contract management.

Health and Safety project management.

Health and Safety training development and management for both internal and external area including bespoke to IOSH, CIEH and professionally accredited courses.

Implement, advise, manage and deliverer behavioural safety management across various clients.

Managing, leading and implementing the Project plan, charter and needs balancing all project restraints and the clients needs

Liaison with all Managing directors and Senior Managers and directors across the business.

To co-ordinate Health, Safety and Environmental (SHE) advice and management for a Unitary authority and in particular a busy Entertainments, Exhibitions and Events premises.

Compiling of Accident reports and undertaking investigations.

Undertaking internal and External SHE Audits using performance indicators to a recognized OHAS 18001, 14001  standard.

Health and safety management, including; drafting policy and legislation

Undertake Risk assessments and Risk management. Workplace assessments for DSE, COSSH and Manual handling and First Aid Training.

Facilitate and deliver Health and Safety, First Aid and IMS training.
