Senior manager responsible for all aspects of Quality, Safety and Environment matters pertaining to Multiples Services Europe (MSE) operations as part of the Greater Peterborough Health Investment Plan PFI. My role as QSE Manager forms part of the Contract Management Team (CMT) responsible for the future direction and development of the PFI contract to Peterborough City Hospital, the Cavell Centre and the City Care Centre .
I am also responsible for promoting and driving a positive and proactive safety culture across projects and especially with respect to remedial and reactive site works across the 3 sites.
Acting as an designated Authorised Person (AP) in support of contract operations such as EU ETS, Fire and Confined spaces.

Managing the Compliance Department senior heads (Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Security, Quality & Risk Governance, Environment & Sustainability, Clinical Engineering and associated teams across West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust (3 hospital sites).  Responsible for chairing, leading and contributing to Trust corporate meetings: Divisional Governance meetings, Medical Devices Management, Health and Safety panel, Fire Safety Improvement Group, the Quality, Safety and Compliance Groups. Implement an integrated management system and assurance network and assist the Head of Clinical Engineering to achieve ISO 9001:2015.

Carry out regular compliance management reviews, audits, inspections, safety surveys, fire risk assessments, specialized health and safety risk assessments such as PUWER, LOLER, DSEAR, Noise within defined areas of the WHHT estates ensuring that systems are in place to deal with and rectify identified problems and record notable non-compliances and provide appropriate action plans. Management of the Fire Safety & Security, Health & Safety & Compliance, and associated Estates Appointed Persons teams across United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (3 acute hospital sites).  Budget responsibility for pan trust fire safety budget and compliance revenue budgets. Responsible for chairing, leading, and contributing to Trust corporate meetings: Fire Engineering Group, Estates Risk Steering Group and the LFR Response Group. Implement an integrated management system and assurance network linked to the NHS Premises Assurance Model and ERIC. Implementation of an integrated management system to achieve ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

Draft and roll out of technical standards throughout the Vinci Hard FM Business. Set technical standards for the business in line with Statutory, Mandatory and good practice guidelines including Healthcare Technical Memorandums (HTMs) and Healthcare Building Notes (HBNs) . Provide guidance and support for the front-line delivery teams to ensure compliance with adopted technical standards. Liaise with technical leads to contribute to the establishment and audit of best practice operational delivery including Electrical HV / LV, Gas, Legionella, Water hygiene, LOLER, PUWER, fire risk assessments and other Statutory activities such as Asbestos, Confined Spaces, Pressure systems. Take the lead role in all external auditing agencies such as CAPITEC< QUADRIGA and the enforcement agencies as required.
