An accomplished, chartered HSEQ professional with extensive experience within large multi-national, multi-site organisations across a range of geographies, cultures and industry sectors, onshore and offshore. Works closely with management and personnel to fully integrate safety management capabilities, which involves liaison and building effective working relationship with company stakeholders, heads of departments and contractors to ensure an effective ‘zero harm’ culture is fully implemented that can impact upon a client’s operational capability and reputation. 

Holds a significant level of experience in solving problems relating to health and safety, operational / risk management while working to current legislation and assisting in completing reviews of current policies, systems and procedures in line with company and enforcement agency expectations.

Fraser holds a B.Sc in Environmental Health, a M.Phil in Environmental and Occupational Medicine and an M.Sc in Safety Management with Environmental Management. He is a Chartered Member (CMIOSH) of the UK’s Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a Certified Industrial (Occupational) Hygienist (CIH) through the American Board of Industrial Hygienist (ABIH)/Board for EHS Credentialing.
